Our Week in Community Kindergarten:
The students enjoyed mixing colors this
week. They created various shades of orange and green for their pumpkin
art. Our guided drawing was of an “ox” and an “ax”. The children are beginning to feel more
confident and risk taking in their guided drawing experiences. In Math,
we solved a problem that required “5” to be broken up in several ways.
Our Week in French Kindergarten
This week we have started to learn all about
Halloween. We created our own haunted houses and practiced saying creatures or
other spooky things that could live in them- can your kiddos tell you any new
words they have learned this week?
In Math, we focused on breaking number 3 up into different parts and different ways it can be represented.
